Breakout : Inari and Inari-wa

Inari : Breakout of 0.95 ... went above RM1 ... wow. Some of those in stock-watch group bought below 0.90 ... anticipating breakout, I prefer to wait ... and today, with bearish sentiment, it defied gravity!!

Inari-wa : It is in money warrant, so I grabbed 0.545(before lunch) ... and managed to sell at 0.610. What a good quick trade ... and many are glad they took a punt. It was highlighted by one of our member. So, I posted the chart yesterday for all to watch ... once break 0.95, BUY.

Great day with my short FKLI doing well too.

Being average

This is a good one to share ... and that is how NORMAL average us are doing ... in order to be 'safe' ... and 'obedient' ... and so, we listen to what others telling us, we started to believe that we should be AVERAGE ... while our desire or motivation dies off ... as we aged.

Do not be those 'average' traders ... do something most of them wont do ... be contrarian, and we should be doing well.

KLCI down for third day

KCI at 1785, down from 1800 ... DOW down for past 4 days. So, will KLCI recover at 1775? We shall watch. Currently it is supported ... and the

It is WED, kinda busy day for me ... and with 'new diet' of no coffee, I am rather 'weak'. So, I do not have time to blog, tho I do still watching the markets. I have sold most of it, so nothing excite me ... except for FKLI where we shorted.

CIMB Stock Challenge : My students forming teams, I will be busy 'coaching' them. It is not easy to coach youngsters and also TOTAL newbies. Just tell them some basic and have few sessions with them above basic trading. They will certainly learn something ... and one day, may be a good stock-trader!!

stock-watch : to check on what I buy-sell .. do join me here.

cohort-11 : calling those interested to join my basic trading course. I am planning to start in OCT.

e-mail me at

nothing else ... time to rest.

have a nice day.

Selling Spree

KLCI rebounded 100plus points ... and we are no longer talking about Syria-War ... totally forgotten about Asian-Crisis-look-alike as currencies in Asian seen as being 'attacked' ... the foreign funds selling ... the feng-shui-chart being shared around as how BEARISH Sept could be ... seeing it go much lower till end of October ... while many singing "wake me up when sept ends" should be singing it as sept-begins. What-have-you ... think logically, when it dived ... do we BUY or SELL?

Panic selling was seen in 28th AUG ... KLCI dived 40 points lower, but incredibly recovered well to form a hammer. great buying point.

Today is a selling day to me ... for more detail, will update at when I am free. Will be selling more tmr when it hit 1795. 1810 resistance? SELL all ...

happy festival-day. Do play tanglung.

Saturday blah-blah

Do check my new site ... as I wish to write more there ... :)

Why we shout in anger

A Hindu saint who was visiting river Ganges to take bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples smiled and asked.

'Why do people shout in anger at each other?'

Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout.'

'But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner.' asked the saint

Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the other disciples.

Finally the saint explained…

'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts are distant. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance.

What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small'

The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'

He looked at his disciples and said.

'So when you argue do not let your hearts get distant, Do not say words that distance each other more, Or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.’

Friday the 13th

It is Friday 13th ... scary-day ... with KLCI drops about 6 points. KLCI was testing 1774 and if didnt recover later after lunch, we expect it to retrace next week.

I hardly could find the time to slowdown a little ... to enjoy writing my blog ... my thoughts on anything, especially related to markets overall and financial news that I am reading. Seriously, to blog regularly ... I do need time to read, to reflect on the readings ... to think and have my own opinions on the subjects I am interested to write. It is not easy to blog ... it is never easy to get back the momentum once we 'lost' it ... yeah ... I hv lost my FIVE years momentum of blogging ... each single day, without miss ... I will type lines of my thoughts ... sharing some clips I m listening too ... or perhaps, just copied few articles I am reading, for sharing purposes.

Yeah ... I dont know WHEN exactly I lost the 'momentum' in writing ... begin of this year? As I am getting myself too busy ... to even sit still for awhile ... to enjoy some quiet time reading, or listening to songs. I am seeing myself, online ... chatting with my stock-watch-group or tratles-group ... perhaps some watsapps groups, many e-mails(office n personal) ... etc etc ... so many distractions when you turn online!!

Anyway ... my mind and daily-lives is not organised ... but I know I still enjoy blogging, penning my thoughts ... and I seldom re-read what I wrote, yet ... I do enjoy that, at times!! Haha ... wish I could find some time ... and even writing these lines now, I m in a rush ... with another few hours of tuition-classes to start.

Have a nice holiday.

Happy Malaysia Day

Stock watch : Carlsberg and GAB

Carlsberg : Is the selling over? No one drinking Carsberg anymore meh? How about Stevie-G? Well, there is a shown of decrease in profits in recent Q-report. 5cents dividend declared, end of month.

GAB : Support at RM16.50, it will not be wise to catch a knife here, but recently there was a good technical rebound, just that now it is going lower. I checked the Bursa-site, the two funds been selling last month are acquiring now ... should we see that as point of bottom-out?

The two drinking-counters(not Shariah compliance, I bet) are seeing some sell-down ... and I do wonder why?

Do you drink? I do not take any alcohol in any form.

Charity Day

Today is Saturday ... normally, I will be very busy with my tuition-classes in the morning and trading-classes in the noon. Well, my students are having holiday ... so i do not have tuition-classes. as my cohort-10 just finished, I have not started the cohort-11(ok ... will start to promote that). So ... I am free whole-day ... a rare free-on-sat.

I took the time to visit the orphanage-home I am adopting(started last year ... this is my third visit).

Do check them out :

Last Christmas during my charity-drive, I visited Ozanam-home ... another orphanage-home located in PJ(behind Assunta-hospital) and found that they are WELL-to-do charity-home. So, it is such a 'waste' as it did not fulfill my criteria ... in helping those really in needs. This Malay-orphanage home and the lady(single mother, taking care of 36 kids at the moment, one handicapped Chinese girl ... she named her 'Fatima').

So, since I 'found' this home in Rawang, I gave her my number for her to call me, if she urgently needs 'help' ... in my sense, it is related to FOOD. Yes, no kids should be in hunger!! There are still many poor kids somewhere out there, without much food. I wish I could reach for them ... so, I will search more ... to help these needy ones.

So, this is part of my retirement plans ... to reach for those poor-kids. at least provide them FOOD ... perhaps, managing an orphanage home ... for Malaysian-kids ... Malay, Chinese, Indians ...

Some part of our world seriously needs HELP ... we, Malaysians are still the luckier lots.

Do help.

Monthly Commitments

Average Salary 2011-2012

If my salary per month is RM5k x 12 = RM60k per year ... I am still earning below the average. I am actually getting less that that after 23years teaching.

So, what is our money commitment? How could we 'save' enough for future when we do not even have enough for current daily-living?

Now, I am going to re-calculate my monthly commitments/expenses here

1. Housing loan : RM1600
2. Maintenance fees : RM220
3. Car loan : RM600
4. Petrol : RM200
5. Maintenance : RM120
6. Parking-toll : RM150

Those are two main items : House and Car ... total of RM2900

7. Phone-internet : RM250
8. Elec-water : RM150

That is another RM400, conservatively for both hus-wife.

9. Kinder : RM300
10. Transport : RM150
11. Pocket money etc : RM200

So, with two kids(5 and 7), easily we need RM650 per month just to keep-up with their basic needs ... clothes, toys, books ...

12. Food : at least RM1550 = RM50 per day. This include breakfast, lunch, dinners ... snacks, junk-food etc etc

The basic total amount above is RM5,500? That is much more than my current salary could support my 'minimal' frugal living, right?

So, seriously ... we do need to change our life-style, if there is so-called style in the first place?!!ght

How much is your monthly commitment? How much can we save per month? We supposed to save at least 10% per month, right?

Friends and Happiness

It is 4.30am ... what a Merdeka day for me and few of my old-friends as we gathered to meet ... with some I did not meet for more than ... 25 years?! Wow ... what a feeling!!

There are many events happened ... going-on ... as we rushed through our busy daily lives. People we met, people we used to know ... some, we may never meet anymore, some given us good lessons ... teaching us to grow wiser ... maturing and adding experiences into our lives. We all are more or else the same ... as we write the chapters in our lives.

Being in mid-40, and since I have changed so-so much ... I have grown to be stronger than I ever thought I could, doing things I never imagine I could do. I have only taken charge of my own life merely 5 years back ... a strong determination to change myself, financially.

We have known many of so-called friends and many more in our social-networks which we could not actually place them in our hearts, as good friends. They are not real friends ... they come and go ... they wont help us when we are down, when we lost ... when we feel that we need someone to her us out. Those are superficial friends .... friends of convenience and friends with mutual benefits? Whatever we called them, we knew it well that ... they are not real friends. They will smile or laugh(artificially) with us, tell good things about us in-front of us but at the back, they will say different things ... and might even be the persons to attack us. These are 'bad' humans that we should get ourselves away.

Anyway, the few hours gathering with many of my old-friends were simply amazing. They were your childhood friends, people who teased you, whom hurt you when you were young, called each other names ... and as we grew older, we could laughed at each other of our silliness ... haha ... confirmed that we have grown together!! That is amazing emotion ...
