How I see market is topping?
Technically, when indices are at high, reaching resistance and rallying with every little 'good news'. When sector indices are reaching new high each day ... inching higher. When the leaders in each sector reaching new high or resistance.
Fundamentally, when more projects related news being dished out. When more speculated about what sectors will benefit most from those projects. When valuations are being stretched ... PER going above 20X with more broker houses, in tandem, upgrading many target prices. Earnings projected are also in full optimism ...
Markets becoming noisier ... more punters moving in and many who have side-lined since Sept mini-crash started to move in, believing we could see 1600, yet again. When many in forums swarming with full confidence, when more pro-kaki showing off how well they have done in forums, attracting more newbies and those noise-makers asking them more tips. When forums are the ONLY place these once losers hanging-on ... plus the feel-good injection of emotions in play ...
When newspapers playing on good news ... adding the election-rally play, plus EURO is being saved. Needing to read how even IRAN news could boost OUR markets. Everything being used to pump-up the hype ... we arrrrrre in BULL market, no doubt.
When more call-warrants being issued. It doesnt matter, premiums, gearings, risk ... just punt in and get rich, baby. When more asking what call-warrants are ... and newbies started to profit from markets.
When more of people enquired about my trading classes, joining my e-learning or anything at all to join in my group. With the increase of participants going for other trading courses ... and market-talks organised by our friendly-investments is FULL house. When more broker houses promoting their services.
When your looong lost remisiers asking you to BUY BUY BUY ... and you long lost friend of sudden called you up and talking about share-market ...
When my colleagues asking me to give a talk about stock-market in college for our colleagues!!
